To get started, we require login credentials for FUSE as an admin (this is very important that we have admin status). Ensure our credentials are as follows:
Support email address: support@fusesearch.com
Name: FUSE (first name) Search (last name)
Password: Create a secure password and include this with the credentials in the following steps.
2. Create an IAMKey and password.
Note: The IAM Key and password is provided by the HL Support team and cannot be found on the portal. Please reach out to a HL representative who will provide this information.
3. Provide the CommunityIDs for the required communities to be indexed. This is an alphanumeric 32 key separated in a 8-4-4-4-12 format. This information can also be provided by the HIgherLogic team or can be found in the settings.
4. Send the login details, IAM Key and Password as provided by the customer and the Community IDs here. The secure platform for sending the credentials.
