FUSE is able to transcribe audio/video content in many different languages. Consider, however, that this is not a translation but strictly a transcription. French speech will result in a French transcription. Chinese speech will result in a Mainland Chinese Mandarin transcription.
As such, to surface transcribed content items using the examples above, the keyword queries themselves would need to be written in French or Mandarin, respectively.
