FUSE can index the newsletters and
emails you send from your Real Magnet
instance. We'll need A) username and
password credentials and B) the
Category IDs for the messages you wish to
index.
You can skip sending B if you
wish for FUSE to index all of your Real
Magnet content. Most often, however, customers
wish to only have a subsection of their
messages show in the FUSE index (e.g.
skipping over transactional
emails).
Where to Look
In the Higher Logic/Real Magnet User
Interface, navigate to Messages >
Message Categories. Select a category
and notice the 'catID' in the URL of the page
as noted in Figure 1.
